From I-5: Take S 38th St exit (towards Tacoma Mall). Turn right on S. Cedar (Marlene's is on the corner)
Turn left into the second parking lot on the left. You will see tan buildings with red roofs. Sakura's is on the end of the building. The Referral Institue is directly across from the end.
